Terms of purchase

 

Ordering 

Click 'Add' to purchase an item from the web shop. Then accept your order. You can pay by Dankort, Visa or MasterCard. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided. The amount payable will then be charged to your card.

 

Prices 

All prices include Danish VAT, taxes and charges and are stated in Danish kroner unless you select a different currency such as Euro. Please note that KLASSIK charges VAT according to the second-hand VAT margin scheme. All prices are subject to price changes, typing errors and availability. We pay the NETS charge for you.

 

Terms of delivery 

Items are dispatched as quickly as possible and never later than one week after your order has been registered. The shipping method used for the country to which you want the items shipped depends on the type of item ordered but is stated clearly under the item. All cushion sets are sent by Post Denmark.

 

Your right to cancel and return an item

You have 14 days' right of return on ordinary products purchased via our web shop. A full refund will be made to your account once we have received the returned item.

Costs relating to returned items are payable by the purchaser. KLASSIK reserves the right not to accept returned goods sent cash on delivery.

When returning a purchased item, please make sure it is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Personal information

To send you your items, we need your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We treat all information confidentially and do not pass on details to third parties.

Second-hand furniture  

The vast majority of items are re-upholstered second-hand furniture. Please note that variations may occur in the leather which are not defects but merely characteristics of the natural material.
