General

We record and forward the personal information that is necessary for us to be able to deliver products to you.

Your personal information will be recorded at KLASSIK A/S and stored for five years, after which it will be deleted.

Information will be stored for the period of time allowed by law, and deleted once it is no longer needed. This period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for which it is stored. For this reason, it is not possible to indicate a general time frame for when information will be deleted.

Insight and complaints
You have the right to be informed as to what personal information of yours we process. You may also object to the use of your information at any time. If you believe that our information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we may be obligated to delete your personal data if you request this. This may be the case if (e.g.) your data is no longer needed for the purpose in connection with which we intended to use it. You can also withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. If the information of yours being processed is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
